Absolutely, we welcome custom designs. Upon sample completion, we send photos for your approval. Revisions can be made if needed, and painting colors are based on your requests.

4. What is the production lead time?
Typically, production takes 45-70 days, depending on order quantity and product type requested by the customer.

5. Can you provide samples?
We offer free existing samples, although the cost of express delivery is the customer's responsibility.
Custom design samples incur a cost, which is fully refundable upon order confirmation.

6. What shipping methods are available?
We offer shipping by express, air, or sea, tailored to your specific requests.

7. How is payment processed?
For orders that involve samples or smaller quantities, we highly recommend utilizing the seamless and secure payment method provided by Made-in-China. This ensures efficiency and reliability in processing your order.
For regular quantity purchases, please proceed with arranging a T/T payment which consists of a 30% deposit initially, followed by the remaining 70% upon receipt of a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). This structured payment plan facilitates smooth transactions.
