1. Could you accept the small order?
Yes, we can. Normally our MOQ is 500 pcs per design. But we would like to help you adjust the MOQ for first trial
order. Please contact us for details.
2. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are the manufacturer. We make to production ourselves. Also, we own an excellent designer team, and more
than 100 pcs new design can be done every month.
3. Can you accept the OEM design?
Of course, we accept all kinds of custom designs from customers. Then taking photos for customer confirm after sample finishing.
Or you can make some revise if you feel it is not workable. The painting color depending on customers' request too.
4. When is the lead time?
Usually, we need 45-70 days for production. It depends on the quantity and what kind of products the customer order.
5. Can you provide me a sample?
Actually, we can offer free existing sample, but the express cost should be paid by the customer.
For custom designs, we will take you some sample cost, it will be full refunded when your order is confirmed.
6. What shipping method you can offer?
By express, by air, by sea, or depends on customers' request.
7. How to do payment?
For sample order and small quantity order, we suggest you pay all cost by Made-in-China.
For the normal quantity, please arrange the T/T 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L. To help you reduce risk,
you can place an order by Made-in-China trade assurance.
8. Can you offer the relevant environmental certificate or report of your products?
All of products material is environmental, and they all can past the test of the international inspect institution, such as SGS, REACH, EN71-3 etc. We can offer the 1 set free sample for you do the test, and the customer should afford the test cost.
