3. Can you accommodate OEM design requests?
Certainly, we welcome custom designs. We provide photos for your approval once samples are ready, and revisions can be made as needed to meet your specifications. Paint colors are customizable according to your preferences.
4. What is the lead time?
Typically, production takes 45-70 days depending on order quantity and the specific products ordered.
5. Can you provide samples?
We offer free existing samples; however, the express cost is the customer's responsibility. Sample costs for custom designs will be refunded upon order confirmation.
6. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer shipping by express, air, or sea, tailored to meet your preferences.
7. How do I make the payment?
For sample and small quantity orders, we recommend utilizing the seamless and secure payment platform, Made-in-China, to handle all associated costs with utmost ease and efficiency.
For regular quantity orders, please proceed with a T/T payment structure: a 30% deposit to initiate the process, followed by the remaining 70% upon presentation of a B/L copy, ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
8. Can you offer your products' relevant environmental certificates or reports?
The materials used in our products are assuredly eco-friendly and meet the standards of prestigious international inspection bodies, including SGS, REACH, and EN71-3. We provide one complimentary sample set for testing purposes, with the testing fee to be borne by the customer, guaranteeing our commitment to sustainability.
