1. Could you accept the small order?
Yes, we can. Normally, our MOQ is 500 pieces per design. However, we want to help you adjust the MOQ for the first trial
order. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for details.
2. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. We make it to production ourselves. Also, we own an excellent design team and more
than 100 new designs can be created every month.
3. Can you accept the OEM design?
Of course, we accept customers' custom designs. After a sample is finished, we take photos for the customer to confirm. You can also make some revisions if you feel it is not workable. The painting color depends on customers' requests, too.
4. When is the lead time?
Usually, we need 45-70 days for production. It depends on the quantity and what kind of products the customer orders.
5. Can you provide me with a sample?
We can offer a free existing sample, but the customer should pay the express cost.
We will take you with some sample costs for custom designs, which will be fully refunded when your order is confirmed.
6. What shipping method can you offer?
By express, air, sea, or depending on customers' requests.
7. How to make the payment?
We suggest you pay all costs through Made-in-China for sample and small quantity orders.
Please arrange the T/T 30% deposit and 70% against a copy of B/L for the normal quantity. To help you reduce risk,
you can place an order with Made-in-China trade assurance.
8. Can you offer the relevant environmental certificate or report?
All of the product's materials are environmentally friendly and can pass the test of international inspection institutions, such as SGS, REACH, EN71-3, etc. We can offer 1 free sample set for you to do the test, and the customer should cover the test cost.
